One thing which is completely off the rails in today’s world is getting a peaceful sleep. The pulse rating and quick paced life have led to all this side effects.
However there are ways in which we can still ensure a quality sleep.
   Let us know these small changes which can help in getting a quality sleep.
1. AMP UP YOUR TASTE BUDS
It is observed that having a spicy cuisine for dinner boosts the sleep to a certain degree.
So don’t be afraid to go an  extra spicy with your salad dressings and chill flakes . At least for  a goodnight sleep.
2.  GET EXHAUSTED
When you are exhausted on physical basis , your body demands rest . So this implies when our body is engaged in physical activities and vigorous  exercises , it activates our ability to get  sleep  on a greater extend . This results in falling asleep easily.
3. GIVE THAT PHONE A BREAK
It has been found that majority of people go to bed at 11 pm but end up sleeping around 2 am.
The reason scrolling the news fed of Facebook and endless hours spent over the mobile screens causes disturbed sleep.
Therefore it would serve us well if we can leave our cellphones outside our bedrooms  and make sleep a priority.
4.  DON’T OVERFEED YOURSELF
Heavy dinner causes lot of  congestion and digestive issues as the metabolism is less than active in such wee hours.
Therefore eating light can   be a great way to get a good sleep .
